Responsibilities

• Support Director and Operations Managers across departments to meet budgets and specs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Pricing and Production Control to complete jobs as required.
• Develop and report metrics on end products and performance.
• Drive staff to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
• Plan projects, timelines, and milestones with supervisory oversight as needed.
