Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC seeks an Operations Support Lead to assist the Director and Operations Managers by collaborating with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Pricing and Production Control, ensuring all conditions are complete per requirements, within budget, and to customer specifications.

The role emphasizes planning, metrics reporting, staff guidance, enforcing SOPs and driving continual improvements to meet reliability standards and customer needs.

Formación

• BA/BS degree with 1+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Purchasing, Pricing and Production Control or 5+ years in those areas.
• Ability to obtain government security clearance and pass a background/drug screen.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Director and Operations Managers by collaborating with key departments.
• Plan projects, timelines, deliverables and milestones within budget.
• Develop and report on metrics; drive process improvements and SOPs.
• Navigate day-to-day operations and escalate issues to achieve customer specs.
