Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC in Alabama is seeking a Property Supervisor to manage storage, shipping, and receiving operations. You will oversee material flow from suppliers to production, ensuring accurate inventory and timely distribution.

Responsibilities include using material handling equipment, maintaining records, coordinating with contractors, and supervising staff to meet delivery deadlines while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 3+ years of material control, warehouse, or related work experience.
• Ability to operate forklift and lift up to 50 pounds safely with required training.
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication, analytical skills.
• Experience with TCMax, TMI Portal, CostPoint, PCARSS and Cognos preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and monitor storage, shipping and receiving of materials.
• Move materials using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, or conveyors.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with project leads on BOMs.
• Stock Hazmat cabinet and issue items as requisitioned.
• Perform monthly cycle counts and file manual/electronic records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Review shipping notices, invoices, and orders to determine priorities.
• Supervise property staff and support project managers as required.
