Job summary

DWYER INSTRUMENTS, LLC is seeking a Materials Manager to act as the critical link between material planning, production scheduling, and logistics execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead teams across scheduling, shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory control to ensure on-time delivery, optimal inventory, and continuous improvement across the value stream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in materials management, production control, or logistics.
• Experience leading teams across scheduling and warehouse functions; 3-5 years supervisory preferred.
• Strong ERP/MRP experience and Lean/CI exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize material planning, production control, and logistics execution.
• Drive on-time shipments and inventory optimization through daily management.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to meet customer demand.
• Identify risks and implement containment to protect delivery performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and report performance metrics.
