Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing experience considered.
• 5+ years in production control, material planning, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.
• Supervisory or assistant management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, MRP, inventory control, and workflows.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience with SAP/MES preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and weekly production schedules based on demand, material availability, and capacity.
• Monitor performance and coordinate adjustments to minimize disruptions.
• Coordinate material planning and resolve shortages, delays, and inventory discrepancies.
• Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and inventory control processes.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement across shifts.
