Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of production control, supply chain or manufacturing operations experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities are essential.
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials planning and production scheduling to align with forecasts.
• Lead and develop the PC&L team, promoting continuous improvement and accountability.
• Oversee inventory management, cycle counting, and year-end valuation.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and SO&P processes with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and safety practices are enforced.
• Communicate with MP & Service customers regarding order releases and delivery expectations.
• Investigate and resolve material shortages or supply chain disruptions.
• Direct shipping/receiving operations and proper storage of goods.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
