The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing, 1+ year in production control or logistics, and prefers automotive experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum one year in production control or logistics.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Familiar with TPS and PEFF systems is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee shipping and receiving warehouse operations during the shift.
• Direct team members in the manufacturing area to meet goals.
• Monitor flow of parts, materials, productivity, and quality.
• Ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping standards are met.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and KPI setting.
• Maintain 5S and TPS compliance; support safety and training.
• Coordinate problem solving and multi-department collaboration.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adapt to changing demands.
