Toyota Boshoku America is seeking a capable Quality Control Supervisor to oversee daily QC operations on the designated shift. You will lead Team Leaders and team members to uphold TPS standards, drive continuous improvement, and maintain safety, quality, and efficiency across the plant.

In this role you will develop standardized work, monitor KPI dashboards, coordinate with Quality and production control, and coach staff to achieve company goals while ensuring compliance with all policy and

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with TPS and PEFF systems preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive quality systems and processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Team Leaders and Team Members.
• Plan staffing, attendance, and overtime for the shift.
• Implement TPS techniques to standardize processes and reduce waste.
• Monitor KPI targets and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, PPE compliance, and 5S housekeeping.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production Control, and other departments.
