Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling in a manufacturing environment balancing resources and demand.
• Experience with production control systems in engineered make-to-order environments.
• Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and lead times.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop direct reports for production control.
• Verify BOMs and submittals with Customer Service and Engineering.
• Utilize ERP to ensure inventory integrity and on-time delivery.
• Interface between Customer Service and Factory execution.
• Analyze and prepare reports on Customer Orders, Finished Goods, and Production Status.
• Schedule using ERP and Power BI to provide visibility to MRP.
• Create/maintain production schedules balancing machine, manpower, and materials.
• Ensure production to product specs and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supply Chain Manager or Plant Manager.
