Tarkett in the United States seeks a Production Control Analyst to ensure daily production targets are met. You will release manufacturing orders, manage material availability, and monitor inventory to prevent delays while collaborating with the material analysts and schedulers.

Your role includes optimizing safety stock levels and participating in capacity planning to minimize late orders and maintain high customer service levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in production planning, production control, inventory management, supply chain, or related roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) strongly preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to analyze production schedules, inventory levels, and capacity requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, procurement, customer service, and engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Identify trends and proactively recommend safety stock levels based on product lifecycle.
• Release/sequence manufacturing orders to drive daily production efficiencies.
• Manage material availability by monitoring SAP exceptions and supplier follow-ups.
• Maintain inventory levels and support deviations from planned inventory.
• Collaborate with analysts and schedulers on safety stock and reorder points.
• Support capacity planning with manufacturing engineers to minimize past due orders.
• Develop strategies for new product introductions and phase-outs.
