Job summary

Tarkett in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead PIC, Production Planning and Inventory Control across multiple sites, owning the SIOP process and building plans that balance demand with capacity and material availability. You will guide a team of planners and schedulers who keep our plants running on time and on cost.

You will work daily with Operations, Customer Service, Product Management and Sales to keep production plans realistic and customer commitments on track,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 6+ years in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Experience leading planning teams across multiple sites.
• Experience in Made-to-Order manufacturing preferred.
• Strong Excel, SQL, and ERP/MRP proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-site production planning team.
• Own the monthly SIOP process and provide leadership visibility into risks.
• Build production plans balancing demand, capacity, and materials.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and Procurement.
• Track KPIs using ERP/MRP data, Excel, and SQL; drive corrective actions.
• Standardize planning processes across locations and lead improvements.
