Job summary

Tarkett is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead Production Planning and Inventory Control across multiple manufacturing sites. You will own the monthly SIOP process, build production and inventory plans that balance customer demand with capacity and material availability, and lead a team of planners and schedulers ensuring on-time, on-cost performance.

This cross-functional role partners with Operations, Customer Service, Product Management and Sales to keep plans realistic and commitments on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years in production planning, production control, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Experience leading planning/scheduling teams.
• Experience in Made-to-Order manufacturing; flooring/manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with Planning and Production Control practices; multi-site experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and working knowledge of SQL and ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience leading SIOP/S&OP processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-site team of Production Planners and Schedulers.
• Own the monthly SIOP process and integrate demand, capacity, and inventory into an actionable plan.
• Build production plans balancing demand, capacity, labor, and material availability across sites.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement to manage raw materials and reduce excess inventory.
• Serve as planning partner to Operations, Customer Service and Sales to resolve capacity and order conflicts.
• Track planning performance and inventory KPIs using ERP/MRP data, Excel, and SQL.
• Standardize planning processes across locations and drive continuous improvement.
