Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL) is seeking a Production Control Clerk to ensure accurate data entry into Army systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP), maintain logs and reports, and support audit readiness.

The role requires knowledge of supply and maintenance processes, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to travel up to 25% within the United States. A High School Diploma or GED and 2–3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: 2-3 years production control experience.
• Must have GCSS-A experience.
• Must be able to obtain CAC and pass background checks.
• Must have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Must have a real ID.
• Must be able to obtain Tier‑1/NACI background eligibility.
• Basic proficiency in English (reading/writing).
• Must travel within the United States up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into Army systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP).
• Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly activity.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate material records.
• Write production reports based on compiled data and create production sheets for workers as guides.
• Sort and distribute work tickets or material and assist payroll data posting.
• Monitor equipment maintenance by creating evacuation work orders and coordinating repairs.
