General Function

Release and update internal shop orders. Provide lead times to internal customers. Track, monitor, and update shortages and communicate those with other departments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Release and update internal work orders.
• Review and react to expedite and de-expedite requirements for shop orders and raw material purchases.
• Work with Sourcing to outsource and insource as needed for capacity, and ensure decisions consider pricing and delivery.
• Process Add/Deletes Review Change Orders, make determinations on actions needed and send out action item notifications.
• Promote continuous improvement methods relative to scheduling/planning.
• Understand MRP logic, manufacturing capabilities and limitations, to determine how capacities and lead times are calculated in the business enterprise system.
• Understand capacity constraints by process/work center and assess capacity risk.
• Ensure lead times are accurate and maintained in ERP system.
• Monitor and report shortages.
• Review planning parameters and make recommendations on updates and systematic changes.
• Monitor Spares report and keep updated.

Education

High School Diploma required Bachelor of Science in Business or related field is preferred.

Experience

Minimum 1-2 years experience in a Manufacturing environment.

Pay Range

USD 54000 - 80021 Hourly. This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
