Job summary

OMCO, a MacLean-Fogg Company, is seeking a Production Control Clerk for our Huntsville, AL facility. You will maintain production records, monitor inventory, and support scheduling to keep operations running smoothly and on time for customers.

The role is on-site, 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with overtime possible. Candidates should have strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• 0-2 years of work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing production demands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate reports and records related to raw material usage, quality control, and production output.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to help ensure materials and quantities are accurate.
• Support the development and maintenance of production schedules to improve workflow and resource allocation.
• Monitor work-in-progress inventory and production activity to help keep manufacturing operations on schedule.
• Identify potential production delays and support timely resolution to maintain efficient production flow and meet customer delivery expectations.
• Conduct end-of-job audits to verify completion and accuracy, identify discrepancies, and help improve future production processes.
