Job summary

OMCO, a MacLean-Fogg company, is seeking a Production Team Lead to coordinate daily manufacturing activities at our Phoenix, AZ facility. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll guide production employees, support equipment operations, resolve production challenges, and help your team meet safety, quality, and production goals.

This on-site position offers 1st shift hours: 4:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Thursday with occasional Friday or Saturday work.

Qualifications

4-6 years of manufacturing or production experience.
Experience operating production equipment.
Knowledge of production equipment, processes, and workflows.
Ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues.
Ability to operate powered industrial equipment or obtain certification.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Good time management and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily production activities, assign tasks, and adjust team assignments to maintain efficient workflows.
Perform equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed.
Monitor equipment performance and address routine issues; escalate complex ones.
Inspect materials, equipment, and finished products for quality compliance.
Communicate status between shifts and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and materials teams.
Guide employees on work instructions, processes, and safe working practices.
Collect production data and support reporting; identify efficiency improvements.
Maintain organized, stocked workstations and comply with 5S and safety procedures.
