Job summary

FLOWCO PRODUCTIONS LLC is seeking a production data clerk to support data entry, scanning, and ERP updates in a Ft. Worth area facility.

You will verify shop routings, ensure correct quantities and part numbers, and enter routing data to keep ERP and WIP current. You will work closely with quality, shop leaders, and production scheduling to resolve data conflicts and ensure timely dispatch of products to departments.

Qualifications

• 3 years data entry and scanning experience preferred, 1 year minimum.
• MRP/ERP experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred, 1+ year minimum.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read and follow English directions.
• Strong math basics and proficient MS Office/Excel skills.
• Knowledge of shop routings and ability to verify accuracy and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and scan documents into the system.
• Inspect shop routings for accuracy and completeness.
• Validate quantities, part numbers, and routing alignment with carts/containers.
• Enter routing completion data into ERP and update WIP status.
• Collaborate with quality, shop leaders, and production scheduling.
• Dispatch products to departments and communicate conflicts.
