Job summary

ProLog, Inc. seeks a diligent Production Control Clerk to support the FRCSE Jacksonville contract. You will compile, record, and analyze production data to track metrics such as volume, material usage, and quality, ensuring efficient operations in a dynamic industrial setting.

You will work with MRPII/MAXIMO datasets and maintain aircraft logs, supporting maintenance planning and material control in a hangar environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with ability to pass CAC/background check.
• Experience in Naval Aviation maintenance control, material control, or production control.
• Experience with Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS) and/or Optimized-Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).
• Ability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse/production environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Compile and record production data from orders, work tickets, and specs.
• Calculate production metrics: quantities, materials used, scrap, defects, and department rates.
• Prepare production reports in established formats.
• Maintain organized files for production control documents.
• Create detailed production sheets or work tickets to guide assembly.
• Develop and prepare written work schedules based on guidelines and priorities.
• Maintain material inventory records and prepare material requisitions.
• Maintain aircraft logbooks and AESR per COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 using NALCOMIS/OOMA.",
• Provide data analysis and reports to validate the Maintenance Plan using government databases (e.g., MRPII, MAXIMO, CV).
• Receive, stow, issue, and inventory conditioned material, ensuring accuracy of parts/serials.
• Coordinate in-plant material transfers to meet schedules.
• Expedite material flow between maintenance departments according to priorities.
• Manage requests for components and materials via phone/email/Universal Callboard for pickup/delivery.
