Job summary

ProLog, Inc. a Jacksonville-based contractor, seeks a Production Control Clerk to support the FRCSE Jacksonville Production Support Services contract.

You will compile and analyze production data to track metrics such as production volume, material usage, and quality control in a dynamic industrial setting. The role requires creating production schedules, maintaining inventory records, and managing logbooks and AESR per NAVAL standards using NALCOMIS/OOMA.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass a background check for CAC and Public Trust.
• Recent experience in Naval Aviation maintenance or production control.
• Experience with NALCOMIS and/or OOMA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Compiles and records production data from orders, work tickets, and specifications.
• Calculates production metrics, including quantities, materials used, scrap, and defects.
• Prepares and writes production reports in established formats.
• Maintains organized files for the production control process.
• Creates detailed production sheets or work tickets to guide workers.
• Develops and prepares written work schedules based on priorities.
• Maintains material inventory records and prepares material requisitions.
• Keeps Aircraft and engine logbooks and AESR per NAVAL instructions using NALCOMIS/OOMA.
• Provides data analysis and reports to validate the Maintenance Plan using MRPII, MAXIMO, CV.
• Receives, stores, issues, and inventories conditioned material with accurate serials.
• Coordinates in-plant transfer of materials to meet dynamic schedules.
• Expedites material flow between maintenance departments per priorities.
• Manages requests for components via phone/email/Universal Callboard; arranges pickup or shipping.
