Job summary

AerSale, Inc. in Millington, TN is seeking a Production Control Clerk to maintain aircraft documentation, manage production control documentation and ensure accurate, timely reporting for customer programs.

The role requires at least 3 years of aircraft-related experience, working knowledge of aircraft documentation, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 3 years of aircraft-related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of aircraft documentation.
• Proficient with mainframe and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Read, write and understand English.
• Typing 30 words per minute error free.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to network across the company and maintain good relationships with all departments.
• Attention to detail and strong time management; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Audits and preps for new packages prior to aircraft arrival for accurate accountability.
• Sets up and maintains work card racks in production control booth.
• Maintains an organized production control booth and efficient documentation package for each customer.
• Inputs estimated labor hours for non-routine tasks and updates management systems accordingly.
• Ensures all operations are audited for completeness and accuracy in tally books.
• Updates status and records corrective actions for completed operations.
• Keeps daily production booth log with vital shift information and informs leadership of issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned and adheres to FAA and AerSale procedures.
