Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is seeking a Lead A&P Mechanic in Millington, TN.

You will audit weekly records, monitor performance, coach a maintenance team and help manage project budgets while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with the planner for daily activities and aircraft delivery, performing area inspections, and upholding a safe, efficient work environment for the crew.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting technical data such as SRM, CMM, IPC, Drawings and EOs.
• Must hold an Airframe certification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to apply safety standards in a busy maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Audit and approve weekly work records for the assigned crew.
• Monitor performance and conduct proficiency appraisals.
• Provide coaching and guidance to the work group.
• Maintain budgets and report variances to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with Planner to set daily activities and aircraft delivery schedules.
• Perform daily area inspections to ensure a clean, safe working environment.
