BonnaVilla, a brand of Chief Industries, in Aurora, Nebraska, seeks a capable lead to oversee the daily operations of the department and to maintain production goals set by management.
You will develop and coach employees, uphold safety and quality standards, coordinate with other departments, and demonstrate the ability to read blueprints and use construction tools. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits including paid time off, insurance, and education assistance.
Leadperson must be able to oversee the daily operations of the department while maintaining production goals as set by Management. This person must be able to tactfully coordinate his/her department in a manner to promote safety and quality standards, as well as aid in the development of all employees under his/her leadership.

Must be accountable for promoting a save working environment and quality in the department.
This position is required to have the knowledge and ability to perform testing and quality control checks on construction operations.
Knowledge of the reading of a tape measure and of blueprint reading.
Experience in construction methods and the use of a large variety of construction tools is required.
