Job summary

Chief Industries, Inc. seeks a skilled plumber to prep and install PVC plumbing in floors and walls per engineered blueprints and customer orders. The role requires reading tape measures, blueprints and orders, and working with various hand and power tools to prepare, cut, and install piping in walls with protective plate coverage.

• Glue pipe and fittings; and install in walls.
• Put protective plates over pipe locations.

Job description

• Required to read a tape measure, blueprints and customer orders.
• Must be able to work independently
• Ability to use staple guns, nail guns, power tools, hand tools, measuring devices and other equipment as required by the specific job.
• Accurately record and report material used.
• Read prints and cut pipe to necessary length.
• Get fittings lined up for install per print.
• Glue pipe and fittings; and install in walls.
• Put protective plates over pipe locations.

Education:

• High School Diploma, or GED, preferred.
