Job summary

Chief Industries, Inc. is seeking a Production Construction - Drywall Reworker to fix defects and adjust line/yard layouts on-site. You will read blueprints, follow production orders, and accurately lay out and build product using staple/nail guns, power and hand tools, and measuring devices.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, on-site, full-time employment with comprehensive benefits. You will contribute to project readiness and unit readiness prior to handover.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with reading blueprints and production orders.
• Ability to layout product accurately using tools and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Rework defects, perform line or yard changes and correct material shortages.
• Understand blueprints, production orders and layout/build product accurately.
• Use staple and nail guns, power and hand tools, measuring devices as required.
• Prep work areas, including window prep before texture/paint and covering removal.
• Sand and touch up drywall; learn basic paint pump maintenance; interior painting by spray/roller; clean unit before release.
