Qualifications

• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and data analysis.

• 2 years accounting, bank teller or manufacturing clerical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Enter milk haulers information and print scale audit reports.
• Collect processing, filling and cream shipment sheets and enter data.
• Review bills of ladings and match to purchase orders.
• Maintain machine efficiency reports.
• Investigate pricing discrepancies with accounts payable.
• Record cooler and production dumps.
• Enter purchase requisitions into the system.
• Enter butterfat data into QC spreadsheets.
