Job summary

Ornua Ingredients North America seeks a MES Production Clerk to ensure accurate data entry and coordination of raw materials for uninterrupted production. You will support compliance with HACCP, GMP, and industry standards while collaborating with production and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working with traceability requirements and raw material lot tracking.
• 2+ years working experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and traceability standards
• Fluency in English required

Responsibilities

• Handle all MES-related data capturing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as liaison between production and warehouse teams to coordinate raw material replenishment.
• Comply with regulatory agencies, HACCP, GMP, and other industry requirements.
• Assist in other areas as needed and perform any other duties as assigned.
• Use manual pallet jack and forklift as needed.
• Assist in daily housekeeping and maintenance of department.
• Understand the safety culture and strive for 100% compliance concerning safety observations.
• Consistent attendance and performance
• Adhere to all Company and Departmental procedures.
• Follow all Safety, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
• Be flexible with regards to working in any other positions in production as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous activities as directed to support the efficient operation of the department.
