Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar inventory role.
• Experience in a dairy/food plant setting preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of data analysis and inventory management software.
• Ability to work assigned shifts including overtime, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspections and pallet tagging.
• Ensure finished goods are palletized, labeled, and counted.
• Enter production numbers into inventory control software.
• Conduct weekly and monthly cycle counts for finished goods and raw materials.
• Collaborate with QA to place holds on nonconforming products.
• Prepare data for reporting and assist with audits and variance investigations.
• Track recoup, rework, and disposal of materials.
• Provide floor-level inventory support during peak periods and projects.
