Our retail operation is crucial to our mission, generating revenue for programs and providing employment opportunities to those facing limited options. Each role helps empower individuals towards dignity and independence through earning a paycheck and achieving self-sufficiency.

Pay: $12.00/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Shift E: 11:00am - 7:30pm (Five 8-hour days)

Hours of Operation: Monday-Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Essential Duties and Tasks

• Accept, sort, grade, process, and stock donated goods for sale.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to maintain store cleanliness.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

• No formal education required.
• Preferred: 1 year of customer service and/or production experience.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and place products at various heights.
• Regularly sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk within the store.
