Job summary

Bridgeway is seeking a Production Supervisor in Loves Park, IL to coordinate all facets of production operations for assigned contracts. Responsibilities include contract coordination, scheduling shipping/receiving, coordinating production with managers, and performing time studies for quotes.

Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma/GED; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Supervisory experience or 1–3 years related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as contract coordinator for assigned contracts, coordinating in-house activities and communication with customers.
• Schedule shipping and receiving for assigned contracts and coordinate check-in of customer's goods.
• Coordinate production activities with directors and managers to meet customer and agency needs.
• Perform time studies and provide input for quotes; ensure accurate quotes with fair markup.
• Ensure finished product is brought to the shipping area daily and matched to job tickets; coordinate deliveries as needed.
