Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing operations on shift or production lines to meet volume, quality and cost goals.
• Evaluate plant performance daily and advise on operating changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Lead a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
• Troubleshoot operational problems, coach operators and drive improvements with engineers.
• Initiate process development and cost-improvement projects and assist in budgeting.
