Job summary

Bridgeway is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk in Loves Park, IL for a full-time, on-site role. You will handle data-entry, records of shipments, invoicing, and coordinating with production and QA teams.

Responsibilities include generating orders and BOLs, tracking on-time delivery, performing clerical support, and assisting with physical inventory. Minimum HS diploma and 1 year warehouse/clerical experience; forklift certification required; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification must be obtained through Bridgeway.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Sort and file receiving and shipping documentation.
• Generate sales orders, packing slips and BOLs.
• Generate and submit invoice documentation daily.
• Input data to track on-time delivery performance.
• Assist with physical inventory as required.
• Provide general office/warehouse support.
• Schedule outside carriers as required.
• Support Production with shipping/receiving and process improvements.
