Job summary

Celestica Inc. in Richardson, TX is seeking a Production Cell Leader 4 for our 2nd shift to lead a manufacturing cell focused on board assembly and high-quality production.

You will supervise personnel, coordinate tasks, and ensure efficient flow of product through the cell. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on assembly experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications

• Four to five years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma and additional courses after high school, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as lead and problem solver, balances personnel and facilitates the movement of product through designated area of responsibility.
• Monitors the conduct, performance and contribution of cell members.
• Performs manual assembly, operation of automated assembly equipment, hand soldering, operation of automated test equipment, and inspection and repair of products.
• Monitors quantity and quality output and leads production or prototype team to meet group goals.
• Compiles data and generates reports on cell performance.
