Job summary

Southern Industries is seeking an experienced Production Bath Installer to join our Birmingham/Hoover, AL team. Earn $65,000–$95,000 yearly with base plus commission potential and a robust benefits package.

We provide all materials, strong support, and a high-volume workload all year. As an installer, you will measure, cut, and fit materials per manufacturer guidelines, maintain quality workmanship, and communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in installing home improvement products such as windows, doors, gutters, siding or roofing.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks on job sites.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Professionally measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
• Accurately measure, cut, and fit materials for a precise finish.
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail on every installation.
