Qualifications

• Proven experience installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, or siding in home improvements (2+ years preferred).
• A FEIN Federal Employer Identification Number is required; no FEIN means a W2 position may be a fit.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical labor.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Professionally measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards
• Accurately measure, cut, and fit materials for a clean, precise finish
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite
• Collaborate with our production staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections
• Ensure timely completion of projects and report any issues or delays promptly
• Represent Southern Industries in a professional manner while on site
