Job summary

Southern Industries is a family-owned home improvement company with a 50-year history and over 300,000 projects completed across five states. We are seeking an installer to help homeowners improve appearance and durability while representing our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

You’ll professionally measure, cut, and fit materials for precise finishes, communicate with homeowners, and coordinate with our production team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, or siding (min 2 years preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical labor.
• Experience working in home improvement projects and coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
• Cut and fit materials for precise finishes.
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail on installations.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive experience.
