Job summary

Southern Industries Home Improvement is seeking an experienced Installer to join our team in Knoxville, TN. You will professionally install windows, doors, roofs, gutters, or siding, measuring and fitting materials to high standards while communicating clearly with homeowners.

We offer year-round high-volume work, materials provided, and a professional production team to ensure project success. The role emphasizes craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction on every job site.

Qualifications

• Experience installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, or siding; minimum 2 years preferred.
• FEIN Federal Employer Identification Number required; non-FEIN may be a fit for W2 positions
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the jobsite

Responsibilities

• Professionally measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards
• Accurately measure, cut, and fit materials for a clean, precise finish
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite
• Collaborate with production staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections
• Ensure timely completion of projects and report any issues or delays promptly
• Represent Southern Industries in a professional manner while on site
