You will scale ingredients, operate mixers and ovens, monitor bake times, record batch data, and assist with ice cream pasteurization and packaging while maintaining a strong team focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial baking experience.
• Experience using commercial mixers, ovens and bakery equipment.
• Strong understanding of baking processes.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely while maintaining production speed.
• Ability to accurately record batch data information.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures.
• Comfortable lifting 50 pounds.
• Food safety certification (or willing to obtain one).
• Dependable, punctual, ready to learn.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys both craftsmanship and production.
