Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in New Jersey is seeking a full-time material handler/production associate. You will perform inventory tasks, operate RF scanning devices, move materials, and assist with assembly of insulated glass units. The role requires reliability, safety compliance, and ability to work at heights and across multiple stations. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Stand for duration of shift and rotate across stations.
• Read and interpret production documents and instructions.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Wear PPE and follow safety guidelines.
• Use wireless RF scanning equipment to verify inventory.
• Move carts and load window sash components.
• Assemble vinyl grids for insulated glass units.
• Process materials to support timely customer fulfillment.
• Adhere to quality and customer service standards.
• Assist with production planning using current reports.
• Coordinate with picking operator during shifts.
• Identify and report workplace safety hazards.
• Assist with picking orders at heights up to 20 feet.
