Job summary

Jefferson Industries Corporation in West Jefferson, OH is seeking production associates for the Welding Department on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:30pm). Primary duties include loading/unloading parts in weld jig, assembly, and maintaining quality standards.

You will inspect parts for quality, use an RDF scanner to transfer inventory, and perform daily equipment inspections. The role requires overtime flexibility and a commitment to safety, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs consistently.

We are actively seeking production associates to join our Welding Department on 1st shift (core schedule, Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm)

Job Position and Duties May Include:

• Load/unload metal parts in weld jig
• Assembly
• Change weld-tips
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards met
• Use RDF scanner to transfer inventory
• Perform daily equipment inspections
• Restock for oncoming shift
• Perform general housekeeping duties
