Staffmark Group is seeking a Production Associate in Gravette, AR to contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations. You will perform warehousing tasks, follow production instructions, and help maintain product quality while meeting daily goals.

The role offers a steady daytime schedule, 7 am–4 pm, Monday through Friday, with a starting pay of $15.00 per hour and the chance to develop hands-on skills in a busy facility.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or preferred; training beneficial.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, and safety standards.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate basic production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, input, sort, load and unload products.
• Organize stock, maintain inventory, and process, pack, and ship orders.
• Inspect products for defects and report damages.
