Job summary

Staffmark Group in Morristown, TN is seeking a Production Associate to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will assemble and offload products, pack items into crates, complete required paperwork, and inspect quality while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The role offers on-site training with competitive weekly pay ($15.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on shift and experience), plus comprehensive benefits, life and disability insurance, an optional 401(k), and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Warehouse, picker/packer, and assembly experience preferred.
• Able to lift/move safely all day.
• Dependable, focused, team-first.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and offload products.
• Pack items into crates.
• Complete the required paperwork.
• Inspect for quality and flag issues quickly.
• Keep work areas safe and organized.
• Utilize in‑line assembly equipment (strappers, wrappers, labelers, nail guns, and staple guns).
