Job summary

Staffmark Group in Russellville, AR is hiring a Production Associate on a Monday-Thursday shift from 4:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. This role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing team.

The position involves assembling frames and molds, measuring and mixing materials, monitoring casting processes, and ensuring product quality. Prior manufacturing or general labor experience and basic tool use are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labor experience preferred.
• Experience working with hand tools and production equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare frames and molds for casting operations.
• Measure, mix, and pour materials according to production specifications.
• Monitor casting processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Remove finished products from molds and prepare them for the next stage of production.
• Perform visual inspections and identify defects or quality concerns.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.
