Staffmark Group is seeking a Production Associate in Gravette, AR to contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations. You will perform warehousing tasks, follow production instructions, and help maintain product quality while meeting daily goals.

Qualifications

Location: Gravette, AR

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7 am-4 pm

Job Duties

  • Various warehouse activities include receiving, inputting, sorting, loading, and unloading products.
  • Organize stock, maintain inventory, and process, pack, and ship orders.
  • Maintain keen attention to detail when inspecting products for defects and reporting damages as needed.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

  • * Proven work experience in a warehouse setting

Experience Requirements

  • Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.

  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
  • Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate.
  • Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment
  • Ability to skillfully and safely operate a forklift.
  • Good working knowledge of warehouse data systems
  • Solid communication skills and inventory skills

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
