Staffmark Group is hiring a Production Associate in Portland, OR. You’ll inspect, assemble, and pack products with care, supporting production goals on a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The role emphasizes attention to detail and safe warehouse practices.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years in manufacturing or warehouse work. Forklift experience is a plus, with training available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, or production a plus.
• Forklift operation experience preferred; training may be provided.
• Basic computer and scanner skills for inventory tracking.
• Attention to detail, time management and safety compliance.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and store raw materials and finished products.
• Handle drums, totes, bags, and containers per safety procedures.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain warehouse records.
• Operate warehouse equipment and support spill response, shipping, and production teams.
