Parker Hannifin in Dayton, OH is seeking a TT Strap Associate for the 3rd shift. The role focuses on following manufacturing instructions and ensuring quality conformance while supporting LEAN projects for the Noise, Vibration, and Harshness Division within the Engineered Materials Group.
The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years in manufacturing (aerospace preferred), and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs; overtime flexibility and basic MS Office skills are expected.
