You will verify materials, scan items with a handheld device, learn color and trim profiles, and maintain a clean, safe work area while collaborating closely with teammates.

Job Description

Base pay rate is $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 5:30AM - 2:00PM, hours may vary depending on operations

We are seeking a dependable and team‑oriented Trim Picking Production Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, organizing, packaging, and staging steel trims for delivery. Team members play an important role in maintaining quality, efficiency and teamwork throughout the operation.

Essential Responsibilities

• Pick, package and stage steel building trim packages according to a daily schedule.
• Verify material and quantities for accuracy and quality.
• Use a handheld scan gun and able to do some computer work.
• Learn product colors and trim profiles.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Work Closely in a team environment.
• Assist with some forklift and customer service responsibility.

Safety

• We supply safety glasses, steel toe footwear allowance, cut resistant sleeves and gloves.

Qualifications

• No previous warehouse or metal building experience is required - we are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Able to be on your feet 90% of the work day.
• Reliable Transportation, Attendance, & Punctuality.
