Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a production team member to execute tasks and support manufacturing operations. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time position offers opportunities to work across multiple stations, with benefits and PTO, and a shift schedule from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am, Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds continually.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Shift: 4:00 pm - 2:30 am- Monday - Thursday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be responsible for executing various production tasks while maintaining high quality standards and contributing to our manufacturing operations.

• Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines
• Perform assembly and fabrication tasks using various hand tools and power equipment
• Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the production process
• Follow production schedules and work orders to meet daily targets
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols
• Support material handling operations including loading, unloading, and proper storage
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow
• Monitor product quality and report any defects or irregularities
• Assist in basic equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
• Document production data and maintain accurate records
• Participate in cross‑training initiatives to support various workstations

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 50pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Proficiency in using hand tools and basic power equipment
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, measurements, and basic instructions
• Basic math skills, including ability to work with fractions and decimals
• Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with tape measure reading preferred
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
• Basic problem‑solving abilities
• Commitment to workplace safety protocols
