Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an entry-level Automotive Technician to support retread operations at our on-site facilities. You will be involved in inspecting tires, buffing casings, removing debris, and applying new tread to extend tire life.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tires to assess retread eligibility.
• Buff casings to remove worn tread.
• Remove embedded objects, rust, and repair the casing.
• Apply new tread using rubber cement or patch.
• Build the tire by applying new tread and cure.
• Final inspection to ensure safety and quality.
