Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Production Associate to load and unload donated goods at the Bitters location in San Antonio, TX. You will sort textiles, distribute items for processing or storage, and perform basic record keeping while supporting daily retail operations.

Qualifications include 6 months to 1 year in retail customer service; ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods; strong teamwork and communication skills; and willingness to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a retail customer service environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers at the donation station.
• Load, unload, and move donated goods using a hand truck.
• Sort and price donated items, maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
