Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is hiring a Production Associate to load and unload donated goods, sort textiles, and prepare items for processing and shipping. You will assist donors, issue receipts, and help keep the store and production areas clean while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Applicants should have 6 months to 1 year of retail customer service experience, be able to lift items, and work well in a team.

• Greet donors and accept donations at the donation station.
• Load, unload, and move donated goods using a hand truck.
• Sort, price, and shelve items; maintain clean work areas.
